I have seen this thread in other forums and its always been a popular topic, this is my opinion and I cant give an honest rating to everyone because I haven't seen enough of some players, but will give it my best shot. Jai and CM Punk have helped me out with some ratings too. Everyone can do their ratings to and we can add them up to find the average rating for everyone Very Happy

My judgment isn't the best so there might be some shockers...Also take in mind that new and unproven players are rated lower.

* Rating System is based on the assumption that you are playing in a pub room.
* I rated based on recent games I played with you (Last 2 Months). So if I didn't play with you, well I can't rate you can I?

0-50 - Beginner. I recommend you learn positioning first. Everything else will come later.
51-65 - Noob. You have a very basic understanding of the game, where to shoot etc..
66-70 - Average player. At this stage you start to develop your own play style.
71-75 - Pro. However, you are inconsistent and tend to make mistakes, therefore limiting your potential to do even better. Possibly because you play haxball on and off.
76-80 - Specialist. Daring, and confident you take things into your own hands at times.
81-85 - Jubjub. It is at this stage where you are always one-step ahead, and are virtually immune to mistakes and jukes.
86-100 - Basro's Decendant. At this level, you limit yourself so it becomes a challenge. It is simply too easy.

First off lemme say that aeRo is no doubt the better striker out of the three, but I'm taking into consideration the use of skills and what not, and overall flexibilty. How well you play in a game where you're constantly switching positions after every goal, as it is in pubs.

Taking all this into account, I've seen swift handle the above said situations with relative ease. Reducing the burden on the rest of the team. By no means is aeRo in any way inferior to Swift, but I haven't seen aeRo doing what Swift does.
In fact, I've only seen aeRo once in the last two months and it was probs a fake, while I've seen Swift do what I've said multiple times.
So there is a possibility that aeRo just had a good day that day. In other words, he got lucky.
So based on recent performances that I've witnessed, Swift gets the higher rating.

It's all based on what I've seen. Don't take these the wrong way, for they are by no means permanent labels on your hax ability.

Moving on to Yawn.
I don't know why so many people underestimate him. Frankly, I'm shocked that you've called him out tbh. He deserves 79 by my standards. Not the flashiest, and from a distance he may seem llike an average player to most, but with his basics at such a high level he constantly breaks down attacks and controls the game at a calm collective, almost carefree manner.

Old players are eventually gonna get beat by new fags innit, mans like ronaldinho and zidane got rep but in terms of stats they get fkd by messi and ronaldo

There's your problem then.

50% of hax ability is being able to make good decisions, and I'd have said that it's pretty indisputable that aeRo's is much better than either (really man no offence to either, yes Yawn is a good player and makes mostly good decisions positionally, but in terms of vision in how attacks unfold, aeRo is much more precise), and technically he's at least no worse than swift, and arguably perhaps an even better finisher than he.

I'm not saying that new players can't take over the old, but Yawn and Swift are no Cristiano and Lionel (yet...?), the present gulf in class between aeRo and most other players in the league should be evident by watching his performances for ANDALE, or even better see what he's been doing in FM (Season10 and beyond).

If either do end up surpassing him then we won't need to argue about it, their hax will do the talking.

and about me aero and yawn in a concise summary:

Technical ability:

Finishing:

Decision making:

Experience and ability to work in a team:

1. Aero
2. Swift
3. Yawn

Within these three categories its evident that yawn is still a player that has a lot to learn both technically and in general play. In my opinion he hovers around the 74 75 mark. Now with me and aero. I agree with ren that he is better than me generally at the moment due to his overwhelming experience over me but despite this I still have to argue that I am better than aero technically in terms of raw skill etc. However he outweighs me heavily in decisions and having more exp so he works better ina team but then he cant produce those same moments that I can produce in games that can potentially change games. But I do agree that aero is an overall better player than me. Aero is around the 84 85 mark while I think I should be around the 82 mark.

Sorry if this sounded like I was boasting with the use of the personal pronouns lol didnt know any other way to put my view across
