Update: results submission for second phase officially closed; defwins to be awarded to players who had inactive opponents.

A few final notes not covered in my first results post; abacus and UKOriginal notified me of their wish to not participate in the coming season, and as shown in the final table their results have been disregarded.
Just to clarify, any players playing in the Lower Tier for the Second Phase have been awarded half points for their Second Phase matches in order to reflect the lower degree of difficulty of their matches.
Division sizes have been set at ideally eight per division, with two promotion/relegation spots per division; even if you have been placed in a lower division for Season One there will be ample opportunity for the cream to rise to the top.
