I think there should be an automatic PM sent to new sign-ups explaining how the league works for the new players to help integrate them since they might not really understand how the league it works, so it could say:

Match days and times
Link to the thread about how to find a team for new players - [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Link to the TS and explain why the league players need to use TS (to fs/find team/play officials)
How the draft works and why its used

etc..
