Trading splat to HKS for a 2nd round draft pick after md3.

Addition to this trade; the clauses preventing Splat from playing for HKS in deals made by GD are to be dropped; Mata + HKS' 3rd round pick is to be traded to GD in exchange for GD's 2nd round pick.

Should Mata not appear online in time for a match to play for GD at all during the rest of the season, then HKS and GD's 3rd and 2nd round picks are to be returned to their respective owners.

Neither of the aforementioned picks may be traded for the rest of the season unless Mata is cut or traded by GD.

so captains are allowed to go back on their deals? so if i offer sum1 1st round pick for sum1, i can take it back?

well when we traded splat from socceretes, md nd mrp wanted to do it on the conditions that splat didnt play vs us. and it was agreed splat wudnt play vs us, and now that hes been traded off from GD, why has the condition of splat not being able 2 play vs us been taken off without us agreeing 2 it? splat was our 2nd round pick cus we thought he was a good player, and when me nd mrp were discussing the trade, him for a 2nd round pick only was not enough. and now with this deal being done, its all we got, without us agreeing to it. not tryna start an argument or be contrary here, just genuinely think this has 2 be considered

Well that was an agreement you made between your team and Guard Dogs; since Guard Dogs now no longer have Splat on their team, surely it can no longer affect him?

The point being, that deal affected GD's ability to play Splat, not Splat himself, otherwise what would be there to stop me trading away a player and saying he's not allowed to play against any team, thereby preventing him from playing the whole season?

yeah but r they just allowed 2 do that without our agreement? maybe another player of their team cnt play vs us now?

cus obviously we wudnt be able 2 make an agreement saying splat cant play vs us whatever team hes in, cus every single captain wud have 2 accept that not just GD
