Where does socs other 1st round come from?

Was an exchange in a deal that ren keeps sgt peppers in FM.

Since Holt became inactive, i decided to not keep him anymore. For this reason i was thinking about disband or to ask the admins, if there is a way to handle with this situation. I thought soccs will get a higher position in the 1st and 2nd rounds and so on, like new teams got. Idk if its correct how it is right now.

Ah right well i would have thought letting you keep someone else would be 1st choice and if you didn't want that then to just bump you for 1st round maybe 2nd, otherwise it's a bit tricky but whats to stop teams trading away their best players, tanking the league and keeping a player who goes inactive to end up with something like 3/4 1st rounds and some 2nd rounds?
Hard to explain and i probably didn't very well but feels odd because you're now in the same situation as new teams with no other player yet still get an extra pick advantage over them

Also ren i didn't get that 4th from sa, was 2nd for abi only in the end
