In future, if you want to leave the site, just ask an admin to permanently ban you from the site/TS server. Deleting your account just makes the forum look messy.

Tanzim did it not long ago, too. I don't understand why you'd delete your account instead of just not visiting the site. No will power or something?

Oh give it a rest. Punk was clearly demoralised and upset, and it wasn't helped by the fact that racist remarks made towards him were ignored by admins. He's a prominent and well-liked member of this community (and a captain) who's left, yet all you're worried about is the forum looking messy.

I don't blame him for deleting his account.

For the record, I didn't ignore it.

After I locked the thread Punk said he was going to leave if I didn't ban Hop there and then. Now I had no idea if he was being serious or not at that point, but even if he was, I said that I wasn't going to be held to ransom. Instead I told him I would have a word privately with Hop to let him know what he was doing was out of order, and rather than creating a mountain out of a molehill I thought that would be that.

think racism is abit more than getting insulted, some people might have thicker skin and just laugh it off but punk wasn't able to do that. while i think ren did the right thing, hop didn't deserve to be banned first offence, to everyone on the outside it looked like you had just ignored it which didn't look too good tbh alien
