It were signings, just like the draft players get picked without having a say in it.
Stefan doesn't even have a say in being signed to the new DEJA.

What are you on about, when DEJA disbanded it meant that the players went back in the draft list and didn't have to sign up to Free Agency. Ahmed got the choice to pick players that were still undrafted and he did. Stefan resigned from DEJA after that which is exactly why he got the suspension till Matchday 9.
