Chatbox

With the ts server down and the chatbox being active for the first time in a long while, it made me realize that this chat is so much better than chatting on ts. Of course I don't want to get rid of the TS server because it makes running the league a lot easier and it's good for events such as the music quiz and whatnot, but maybe instead of huddling up in the welcome channel on TS, we should use the site chatbox instead. It's a lot better and it makes the league look more active and lively, bringing in more people, helping them integrate into the community easier and in turn, making the league grow.

Would also stop Soc hiding away in the AFK channel as well.
