As I've said numerous times now that situation could have been avoided with a tiny little bit of common sense. And in keeping with the league's ethos of fair play and making sure all games are played when possible, I still stand by my decision to reject the defwin claim.

Not entirely sure what the point is of showing me just Ghosts response. If it was an attempt at transparency, selectively choosing what's disclosed is not in any way shape or form transparent. Furthermore i think i should add here i'm not in disagreement with the decision made.. Yes, i think you personally Ren, had a great opportunity to send a bona fide message to the league. However i agree that it was harsh to demand a DW. Ideally I think he should have shown his dismay at your mistake, allowing you to sincerely apologise.

However i don't think you're blameless either. I think he had genuine reason to be upset. Yes he dickishly requested a mandatory DW, but you should have then have been the bigger man and tried to engage & reason with him opposed to just nonchalantly shrugging your shoulders, excluding him from the process and then getting a decision from your pals in higher places.

I've re-read it a few times now, and i can't see what you're getting at. 1. I have no idea what point you are trying to make here, as far as i can tell there isn't one. Never once claimed to be innocent in any way shape or form. I think (although i may be wrong) that you may be referring to my statement about how you personally should reconsider your behaviour as a representative of the league in relation to the insulting as well as agreeing and encouraging response to abuse hurled at me.

Aye, sorry i thought my opening statement of "i'm never one to take a defwin let alone request one" and title of the post made it clear i was not upset at the decision, rather the process itself, but i appreciate that perhaps was not crystal clear, hopefully it is now

What are you on about? This is a privately run haxball league, not the British government - nobody is forced to play in this league and can come and go as they choose. If you really don't like the admin's attitude or whatever then go make your own league, it costs nothing to make a forum.
