Now that the 4th gameday has passed, free agents are allowed to be signed through the waivers once each team has played four of their matches. Due to the situation in the Freznez conference though with DEJA, admins allow those teams who have yet to play them rights to sign free players as an exceptional circumstance, however DEJA cannot yet sign anyone through the waivers until all 4 games have been played.
