Team Fusion

Post by corn on Fri Mar 04 2016, 15:58

In this thread you have to fuse two or more teams together. For example I'm going to fuse together a national team consisting of players from England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, only allowing myself to select a maximum of three players from each nation. You can make your own or create a different blend.)

Hart
Clyne-McAuley-Evans-Robertson
Brown-Davis-Ramsey
Bale-Rhodes-Rooney

I know there's better strikers than Rooney but I believe that him being on the field motivates the whole team to play better, which is why I included him.

Make your own British Isles XI or make a different one, up to you.

Kept it to current players only, though that might technically disqualify Johnson I allowed it as he has played this season, hence no King or Diouf amongst others.

Also how can you include Gattuso, what a don he was, slapping Zlatan as well should at the very least exempt him.

The way he squared up to Joe Jordan, although he'd probably make my bench.

Joe Jordan's a thug just like the rest of 'Arry's lot, from what I remember there was quite a bit of provocation from his side as well.

XI of your favourite players of all time + manager

Gianluigi Buffon
Cafu-Robert Huth-Clint Hill-Chris Morgan (C)-Dean Moxey
Nick Montgomery-Robbie Savage-Tim Cahill
Ali Ashfaq-Wayne Rooney

Manager: Neil Warnock

Subs:

Oswaldo Sanchez
Mehdi Mahdavikhia
Nedum Onouha
Richard Dunne
Phil Neville
John O'Shea
Ricardo Fuller

yeah I appreciate that some of my subs may be better than my main team but the players in my first XI are my favourite all time players.

Europe v South America

EU:

           Neuer
Lahm - Kompany - Boateng - Alaba
              Modric - Busquets
  Robben - Bale (!?) - Muller
            Lewandowski

SA:

Bravo
Alves - Silva - Godin - F. Luis
Sanchez - Vidal - Rodriguez - Neymar
Suarez - Messi

SA shit balance so probably will get countered to death, my prediction 8-3 for Europe (even though neither of the top 4´s in Eu would defend either really lol)
