[Yes that's an unnecessary dig, that can easily be used to dismantle the rest of my post with the obvious reply "Racism isn't banter" etc etc etc which of course it isn't, thus hopefully you're not stupid enough to think i'm genuinely referring to racism as banter, and as such won't get hung up on it as a way of disregarding the rest of the post.]

But yes back on topic, maybe admins should seriously consider introducing a 3-match suspension or maybe more for foul play. At the moment banning seems to be the go-to. However i think this sets a dangerous precedent, as well as putting admins in a predicament as to what is a bannable offence, where as anything that isn't a bannable offence, seems to simply go unpunished. A talking to from Ren doesn't really send a shiver down your spine.
